Cleo Ice Queen’s real name is Clementina Lukonde Mulenga. The television and radio presenter was born on 14 June 1989 in Lusaka, Zambia. She has four siblings, two brothers and two sisters and is the third child.
Cleo embarked on her musical journey when she was 11 years old. She used small opportunities like parties to hone her skills. Cleo Ice Queen delved further into music throughout her educational life. Whilst at Banani International School, she released he first song “Hands Up”.
