Some of Zambia's biggest stars have come out to support musician Mumba Yachi fell victim to a devastating fire last week...

The singer made headlines after a fire completely destroyed his studio, musical instruments and part of his home over the weekend.

According to police, Yachi - who thankfully was not at home at the time of the incident - received a call about the bad news shortly after leaving his studio.

According to police, the damage of the fire is close to K400 000.

But despite the bad news, stars like Yo Maps, Slap Dee, Bobby East, Macky 2, Mampi and Mutale Mwanzi have pledged to financially support the star who has been left with nothing.

Yo Maps has offered to donate studio equipment to the value of almost K50 000, whilst Slap Dee, Mampi and Macky 2 offered K10 000 each and Bobby East pledged K5 000.

Yo wrote on Facebook; "Yachi; you have complete control over only one thing in the universe *your thinking* be postive and stay focused. Your enemies are fewer than your friends".

Slap Dee encouraged his industry colleagues to put their hands in their pockets...

And Bobby had an encouraging message...

Mutale has yet to reveal what she plans to donate after asking jer followers to vote in a poll as to whether to offer the singer to rebuild his studio or pledge K33 000 instead.
